About Profesor Pablo

Profesor Pablo, Paul Robertson, taught high school Spanish in Southern California for 33 years.  In addition, he taught Spanish at the California Community Colleges and was a certified California Courtroom Interpreter for many years, working cases from traffic to homicide.  Currently, he is a bilingual examiner for the city in which he lives.  His lifetime passion for Spanish and education has energized and inspired him to teach others to speak Spanish.  His success in the classroom is undeniable and the learning of communicative Spanish is revolutionized by employing his Spanish Learning Systems which are characterized by his amazingly intuitive and effective style of instruction.

 

On the personal side, Pablo and his wife Vicki, also a lifetime educator, have two grown-up boys and a daughter-in-law all of whom live in Southern California.  Pablo is a fan of all sports and is a season NFL ticket holder and also attends many MLB games.  His hobbies include photography, sports announcing, walking, reading, listening to music, raising English Cream Golden Retrievers, e-cycling, RV’ing, consumer technology and, of course, always seeking ways to grow his Spanish.
